PhotoPeach - visuals. music, questioning and creating!

After you watch this little tutorial on photopeach.com you may think what does this has to do with primary education? But the kids in my classroom in the pass two weeks have gone crazy with this program. They have choosen to use over any other media - they use it in Religion (Mary Mother of God), Maths (Chance), Science (Human Body), HSIE (British Col) and English (Literacy Recount). A student even created a reflection on what she has learnt in class this year. The students have to find their own images and add a short phrase which matches the visual image and music. The students then have been adding quizzes through out their presentations to show their comprehension skills and to test their friends. The possibilities are endless. The students send their finished product to me, then they upload their link to their weebly site under the corresponding subject. At the end of the program the viewer can write a comment which I do and many parents have been too. Will start using for modelling my lessons aswell.
